A big Hello and Thank you for visiting. Here is a bit about me.....
It is my deepest commitment to help individuals make peace with their health, their bodies, their biology.
Through my own life experience I have been able to see how detrimental not taking care of one-self can be. Self care is much more than taking a bubble bath. It is being able to do those things that give us a sense of fulfillment and more importantly a sense of peace with ourselves. We women have a hundred thousand things to take care off and we put ourselves at the very bottom of the list. How do we shift?
Eating right is one of the most overlooked ways. Everything we put in our mouths determines whether our body functions in a way that support our efforts or not.
Food is highly emotional. When going through difficult life changes and transitions, women have a tendency to put their health at the bottom of their lists. For women to continue as caregivers throughout their lives, they have to embrace their health and well-being. My goal is to give women the necessary tools and motivation to make these changes, so that they can continue to thrive.
I am passionate about feeling at peace. If I am at peace I am creative, kind, a good companion, strong, a fantastic mother, beautiful, the list could just go on and on. There have been many times when I am not at peace. Can you relate? Overwhelmed, tired, frustrated, angry. It is then that I have to look at how I am treating my body and my mind. I had to learn how to do it. And I wanted other women to feel the same way. This is why I studied about it. I graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I also have a degree as a Laboratory technician from Universidad Autonoma del Estado de Morelos. I am also a dedicated athlete and I have learned different modalities that work for different people.

There is a better way to improve our health. Having being a "sickly" child, I grew up with a heightened sense for listening to my body. As I have grown my health has become the most important part of my life. Without health I cannot be a great mom, a partner, a business person, a friend.
Having a daughter to love has been one of the biggest opportunities to learn about myself. great lessons come to me every day. There is no bigger love than the one you feel for your child. There is also all the moments when I feel all the insecurities and fears and doubts. It's all part of life. I work every day on doing my best, even when I know I am failing miserably.
"Graceful aging" they say. Nope, not me. I do not want to age at all if I may say. I understand we cannot stop the clock, we all will get older. Aging is a disease, and there are options to avoid undesired decline. These options should be talked about. Life style reflects how well your body takes the changes coming with getting older. Working on it....
