Have you noticed the different stories coming through the different media sites? We are being bombarded with data about The Corona Virus. From the latest fatality numbers to stories of survival. But also, I noticed, almost on equal numbers, there are conspiracy stories. People telling us how the government is working on, little by little, stripping our rights away, and how all of this is just a lie. How the numbers of sick and/or dead people reported are not true, and how we have to wake up.
I don't know about you, but this has left me feel so totally confused at times. Let me explain why. On the one hand, after hearing this story it comes to mind that maybe people don't need to worry so much about becoming sick. Maybe, just maybe, if this person is right this whole thing is just a story blown out of proportion.
And then, you get caught up with all the other news. So many people dying. So many people catching the virus. Don't go out of your house, unless necessary. .......

So, what should we do?
I think, and this is just my personal opinion, that the ideal way to go would be to focus on us and our loved ones. While there is a possibility that there are things that we are not being told, and while I don't know for sure if the government is trying to take our rights way, I don't have enough evidence that they are not either. I don't know for sure that all the stories being told abut those stricken with this awful illness are true. But, either way, the important thing to focus on right now is to survive. To stay alive.
We will figure out the rest when the time comes. If we don't survive this thing, nothing else matters.
Let's apply common sense:
If possible, stay home indeed.
Wash your hands with gusto! Constantly.
Rinse and gurgle your mouth with warm water mixed with either salt or baking soda. Specially after coming back from out.
Wash all of your clothes immediately after coming back from being out.
Leave your shoes outside your home if possible.
Spray with a disinfectant your mail, your packages. Wash your groceries (if possible) before storing.
Do take supplements. Vitamin D3, Vitamin C, Omega 3, Zink.
These are just the basics, but they are important.
Whether you believe the conspiracy theories or not, you still need to make it through. I hope you do.
